What do we do?
Well me and Sam are full time fitness people, PT, Group intruinstructorsctors, Yogis etc. and we wanted a way to help people that maybe couldn't afford full time 1-2-1 coaching.
So this is the answer, fully responsive programming to meet your needs, with feedback and support from an assigned coach, me or Sam... Surprising that.
We created 4 'streams' or options to give people options and ideas of what they might like to achieve.
If you choose to work with us we ask you to undertake a survey to give us an idea of the What? How? When? Where?
What do they want to achieve?
When will they exercise?
Where will they do it?
It all matters, also things like your job? kids? pets ? Life can make the pursuit of something difficult.
So you tell us what you want to achieve and we tell you how.
We then create a long term plan for you
Through an App called TrueCoach we have the ability to send you personalised workouts that allow us to both track your progress.
So you get workouts tailored for you with video and written support, week by week changed and optimised based on your feedback, did this work? Is there an issue? Cool, lets fix it.
We also offer nutritional advice, ways to make your food work for you. No silly diet plans just honest scientifically solid advice.
All you would expect to get from a coach that cares, and oddly for two northern lads we do, we have had fitness change our lives for the better and we want to impart that on others.
